Terms and Condition*

Level 1 Technical Support includes Phone and Email support for IT issues such as IT consultancy, advisory for desktops, laptops, networks. As different IT infrastructure may requires more professional advice, please contact our care team to understand more.

Level 2 Technical Support includes Remote Access to individual PC via remote tools and applications. Each remote support is for maximum 30 minutes from per login. 1 Remote support will be deducted regardless of whether it leads to an Onsite Support.

Level 3 Technical Support includes Onsite Support to one location per onsite, based on Next-Business-Day or Same-Day Support as per package signed up for. Per onsite support is for a maximum of 2 hours from reaching the premises. Additional hours required shall be charged based on the Additional Onsite charges

Preventive maintenance includes quarterly Onsite Maintenance that is not deducted from the Onsite Support count. ACE shall install Anti-Virus softwares based on software features, functions and ease of support, and shall ensure that the Anti-Virus softwares are kept up to date. Users shall continue to practice good online habits when accessing or connecting to the internet and in the event of virus attack, ACE shall not be deemed liable for any loss or potential loss of any kind.

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. For cancellation of package, a minimum of 14 days notice shall applies.

Ace Business Pte Ltd reserves all rights to amend or terminate the services without prior notice.

Customers to provide all hardware and software, and all assets documentation. In the event of full asset audit requires, charges shall applies.

This document shall be considered confidential information and customer agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third parties

All goods purchased from Compaqs.com can only be delivered to addresses within Singapore main island. We are unable to deliver to Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, Fisher Ports and etc.

We do not deliver outside Singapore or to post office boxes.
