What is in our IT Support Package
We provide IT consultancy and advisory as different IT infrastructure requires different services.
Depending on the issue, remote / on-site services will be implemented. For remote support, we'll be required to gain remote access to individual's PC remote tools and application. For on-site support, we'll access the issue on-site and resolve it as soon as possible.
As a preventive measure, antivirus software will be installed based on software features, functions and ease of support, as well as, be kept up to date.
Preventive maintenance will be implemented and will not be deducted from the onsite support count.
As a small business owner or a business owner who is just starting out, we definitely recommend our Starter or Essential Package.
Whereas, if you are a business that requires more than usual IT support, we would recommend our Basic or Premium Package.
